• "Account" means a registered user account on lakewin, created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.

Your acceptance of these Terms forms a binding legal agreement between you and lakewin. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

No person under the age of 21 may register, hold, or use a lakewin Account for any purpose. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of account creation.

lakewin's services are offered to players in jurisdictions where online casino and sports betting activities are legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of lakewin complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. lakewin reserves the right to restrict or deny access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) lakewin Account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lakewin reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that individual, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the use of duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lakewin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. lakewin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify lakewin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

lakewin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your lakewin Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempted transfer will be deemed void and may result in permanent account suspension.

lakewin reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or upon renewal of account standing. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license) and proof of current address.

Account balances must not be used for any purpose other than wagering on lakewin's games and services. Accounts may not be used to facilitate transactions on behalf of third parties, to launder funds, or for any other purpose inconsistent with legitimate personal wagering.

lakewin may place temporary holds on an account's funds or withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any active investigation, lakewin may suspend account functionality to the minimum extent necessary to conduct its inquiry, without incurring liability to the Player.

lakewin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment channel and are displayed within the lakewin cashier interface at the time of transaction.

All deposits to lakewin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits from payment instruments registered to third parties are not permitted. The funding source used for deposits must be legally owned and operated by the registered lakewin account holder. Any deposit originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

lakewin does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposited funds are credited to your lakewin Account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network — in most cases, this is near-instant for GCash and Maya.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their lakewin Account balance subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account has been fully verified through the KYC process; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements remain on any active bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold; and (d) no active investigation, fraud hold, or compliance review is pending on the Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where the payment channel supports it. Where the original deposit channel cannot be used for withdrawal, lakewin may request an alternative verified payment method registered to the account holder.

lakewin targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. lakewin does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

lakewin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documents before releasing funds above specified thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.

lakewin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive programs from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all lakewin promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account as Bonus Funds, separate from real-money Balance, until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• lakewin reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring already-issued bonuses.

• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus calculations or promotion eligibility, lakewin's decision shall be final.

All games available on the lakewin platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under supervised studio conditions. lakewin's game providers are subject to independent fairness audits by recognized testing agencies.

Game outcomes on lakewin are determined solely by the underlying RNG or live dealing process and are not influenced by the size of a Player's bet, the Player's account tier, previous outcomes, or any other external factor. lakewin does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnections, game freezes, or software errors — the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during the affected round may be refunded to the Player's account balance. lakewin's system records constitute the definitive record of game outcomes and shall prevail in any dispute regarding the result of a gaming session.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are available for review on request or within the game's information panel where the provider discloses this information. lakewin does not modify provider-set RTP values.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakewin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration or use of lakewin by any person under 21 years of age.
• Registration of more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion between two or more Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated multi-player exploitation.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or miscalculations in odds or payouts.

• Unauthorized access to or interference with lakewin's systems, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Using a VPN or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.

All content on the lakewin platform — including but not limited to the lakewin brand name, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lakewin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lakewin platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any intellectual property rights through their use of the platform. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any lakewin content without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakewin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the lakewin platform, including but not limited to:

lakewin's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by lakewin's negligence, or for fraud.

lakewin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; (d) a regulatory or legal requirement to do so; or (e) any other conduct that lakewin reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its Players.

Players may voluntarily close their lakewin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any non-qualifying bonus funds and subject to any pending verification requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations of the Player to lakewin under these Terms.

Following account termination for breach, lakewin is not obligated to return funds associated with any breach-related transaction, including wagering activity conducted in violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lakewin's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lakewin operates in alignment with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines applicable to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Players agree that Philippine law governs all aspects of their account relationship with lakewin, including but not limited to account eligibility, wagering conduct, bonus disputes, and withdrawal entitlements.

lakewin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lakewin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the lakewin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
